This ship is golden. I JUST LOVE THESE DORKS OKAY

I'm not wholly against the idea of Cecil having a third eye, but I like to think of it more as a 'symbol' of clairvoyance than an actual, physical eye. I imagine that it pops up whenever he's feeling a strong emotion or when he's particularly stimulated.

I'm still trying to figure out his tats, but I think I'm getting close to how I want them.
